Thank you very much all for a nice stay on two nights of our stay. They gave us reasonably sized guest room with good bed's. The stuff was superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The hotel's location was marvellous, near the Shopping district, great shops, restaurants and bus and the main attractions. Furthermore, on a shopping street with nice views of the Sierra Nevada overlooking that street.
Some of the staff were not very friendly.

This place is lovely and welcoming with super-friendly staff at check-out, providing a guest room with strong water pressure and basic facilities.

The units are newly renovated, beautifully maintained with ice, the strongest water pressure and "cleanliness"...
Expensive breakfast, it should definitely be improved.

Undoubtedly the location of the hotel, central, facilitates tourism and power to walk around the city center comfortably. hotel staff is very friendly and they have a garage right in front of the hotel for the client's convenience. Water with good pressure and very hot if you need it at any time. Good room space, with good furniture including a small minibar. Individual air conditioning with heat pump and a large window providing natural light. bed is very well made and comfortable.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the room as much as the service, there was lint under the bed and you could tell that it hadn't been swept for days. The service was partly the same, there was even a small screw from the hairdryer holder next to the toilet, rusty even the floor area where it was, which I noticed had been there for some time. The toilet had no brush for the toilet, very little lighting for make-up or shaving and a rather old bathtub with small, badly painted pickets. A window in the bathroom or a better air extraction was also missing. The air conditioning didn't smell very good when you put it on, like humid or something. And the walls of the room were very thin, listening to the customers from other rooms and even to those passing by in the corridor, customers or cleaning.

New-fashioned and spotless units with 1 bathroom, shower, as example. Brilliant and delicious meals. Location: great, just next door to many restaurants and bars, the main bus station and Alhambra and the center of Granada.

location is very good for most things, hotel is located in a street full of shops and clothing stores and therefore with a lot of activity. In 5 minutes you are in the Plaza de Isabel La Católica. only thing that the Alhambra and Albaicín quarter get about half an hour's walk away
When we arrived, the room wasn't clean. There were hairs in the sink and shower.. As for the staff, the receptionists aren't very friendly, they're sharp and surly. You arrive, you go up to the room, you pay, you leave, and that's it; they don't advise you what to see or how to get there. No advice at all. We got confused with the time of the check-out and arrived at the hotel at 12:10 instead of 12:00 (we thought the check-out was at 13:00 and we had gone at 12:10 to have time to finish the bags, etc) and they were very very very nasty; the room was closed and we had to go down to have it reopened, we went up and picked up, and waiting for the lift we heard them calling our room: they only care if you loosen the dough and that's it, the treatment of the reception staff has a 0.. To top it all off, the beds were single, not a double bed as my boyfriend and I chose.

Best of all is the location, all over the centre of Granada and with easy access. whole city centre is restricted to traffic, so don't forget to give your registration at the reception to get your ticket cancelled by the city council. No problem with this. They authorize you. hotel is an old, renovated and modest hotel, don't expect a big hotel chain atmosphere. it's great for sleeping and resting. cleaning is correct and staff super nice, ideal for couples. mattress of the bed was great and we had several pillows to choose from.
To put something better is the appearance of the bathroom, shower is a pass and has a lot of pressure, wood frames had a little moisture and ceiling was also a little spoiled, that is easy to change and gives a better image. let's just go to sleep and get cleaned up, it's great. If you are going to Granada to stay in the hotel you better not go to Granada

One of the reasons for choosing this hotel is its location in the middle of Calle Recogidas, close to everything. In the very center. Clean and comfortable three star hotel with everything you need for a stay in the city of Granada. The girl of professional and friendly reception to the maximum, he provided us with a map of the city and indicated bars, buses and all kinds of explanations. The room has plugs on each side of the bedside tables and a super flat screen TV. In the terrace, in the 6 floor a cafeteria where you can have breakfast, snack or dinner and with views to the street gathered. Near the hotel there are many shops.
only problem I would have is the heat in the room, since it is centralized, we had to sleep with only the sheet and window open a little. Otherwise nothing negative.

I stayed 7 nights and would definitely go back when visiting Spain. The hotel was lovely and welcoming on the main shopping street in Granada. The location was favorable and perfect with ease of access to a historic monument. The rooms were recently renovated, large, and with an exceptional view of the Alhambra and mountains. The service was friendly. The food was reasonably priced.

Location, it was very central.
Since we entered the hotel, the staff, we were not on their arrival list that day and at first not very nice; we arrived with a baby and since November that we had made the reservation, we requested a double bed for the stay and a room with a view and they tell us that it is in the reservation, but that it cannot be possible because the hotel is full. but if it is supposed that we had requested it for months... and on top of that they give us a room that is attached to the elevator, that all the noise could be heard and all the Light came in from outside..having a baby that any stimulus wakes him up...it was the worst stay of my life...then we requested a cradle, and to top it all they put it to us without doing, and in the room there were no towels, nor anything of complements of bath when we arrived, then the second day already if; and the last day, when asking that they raised the car to us the not very pleasant boy also...we were very to displeasure with everything and that that was our first trip in family...

This hotel was beautiful and I would like to go back there again. Greatly enjoyed every detail about my fairly nice 7 nights stay here. - the twin room overlooked the city. - It had a very central location close to a historic monument. I loved this hotel and would definitely return. My 7-night stay was enjoyable, and I appreciated all the little details. the twin room had a lovely view of the city and its central location near a historic monument was convenient.
